These Terms and Conditions apply to all SMS messages sent and received as part of the A2P 10DLC messaging services provided by Waste Haul LLC. Your use of this service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Messaging Consent
As a user, you must explicitly consent to receive messages from Waste Haul LLC. Consent can be given through various channels including, but not limited to, our website sign-up forms, paper forms, or verbally through customer service interactions.

Text Messages
Users who opt in will receive their dumpster rental quote and any other prices and fees we have for our dumpster rental services.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 337-674-3408. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 3 messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
